King David

David was the second king of the United Kingdom of Israel and Judah, succeeding Saul. According to biblical tradition, he was a skilled warrior, musician, and poet. Many of the Psalms in the Hebrew Bible are attributed to him. He is an important figure in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
